A successful private client advisor will be able to advise clients with complex investment relationships on asset allocation and portfolio construction for strategic and tactical decisions as well as market and implement investment solutions in accordance with the client's asset allocation.
In this role, you will be responsible for client onboarding coordination, which includes managing Financial Advisor(s) prospect pipeline, assisting with proposal generation, preparing new account paperwork, opening accounts, and establishing an ongoing communication/client service plan.
In this role, the selected candidate will maintain Client Relationship Management (CRM) system for Financial Advisor(s), as well as leverage the platform to manage the client relationship through mailings, reporting, e-mail tracking, and more, with the goal of implementing well-defined client service models.
In this role, the selected candidate will create incident and problem tickets, escalating to the appropriate areas, communicate status updates and follow through to ensure service or products are restored.
