The Branch Manager 1 is responsible for directing the operations of a small, remote Credit Union facility (usually 1 or 2 people), ensuring the branch meets organizational, financial, operational, service, and growth plans. Has limited lending authority.
Responsible for budget and profit margins to meet and exceed branch and business unit goals for sales and profitability. Generates leads to develop new business with major accounts to grow branch revenue and maintain margin goals.
