Works with the business and service providers to define the proper metrics and KPIs in evaluating service delivery quality and performance levels. Produces regular reports on service performance and achievement to stakeholders.
The Project Management team is responsible for the development and oversight of a firm wide project administration and governance model; planning and managing complex projects, and for leading cross-functional teams to successful completion of company product and technology initiatives.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for the development of estimates for the enhancement or development effort in planning, analysis, design, construction, testing, and implementation.
