In this role, you will be responsible for
all pre-employment screening to ensure the hiring of the highest level candidates. Communicates to and consults with managers on annual performance review process and corresponding merit program.
In this role, you will set up all necessary personnel files. Manage existing files to assure they are kept up to date. Assist with the coordination and execution of annual open enrollment for the company's Health and Welfare plans, as well as 401K enrollment.
