In this role, you will work with other test organizations to support T & E program integration. Provides specialized T&E capabilities tailored to system functions, level, maturity, and performance area as assigned.
In this role, you will be working with various teams to evaluate trends in customer service and adjust training if necessary. Youll also be leading new hire and refresher training across all the systems your reps will work with.
In this role, you will conduct training sessions and develop criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of training activities and update course documentation on a continuous basis to ensure timeliness and relevance.
In this role, you will povides feedback to management on the execution of training in the field, pointing out potential areas of improvement, making creative proposals in order to solve issues, with a focus on patient safety and executional excellence as well as continuous improvement and effectiveness.
In this role, you will deliver training to sales teams/diagnostic teams to meet the needs identified in the training plan, including sales & product- specific training integrated with appropriate institutional learning concepts.
