The District Sales Manager is responsible for seeking and maintaining relationships with inContact Sales Partners and identifying sales opportunities and building market share in their regions. This position is required to increase revenue streams in small business, commercial, government, and contact centers.
The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing market analysis of market information and competitors activities.
Analyzing competitors products and cost structures for strategic advantages in increasing sales and market penetration.
Develops and implements territory plans that properly identify and prioritize activities to accomplish short and long term business plan goals; collaborates with territory matrix team on identifying opportunities and developing appropriate tactics and strategies.
Develops and executes innovative strategies to reach difficult to access health care providers and accounts in a compliant manner; works collectively with matrix and alliance team members to arrange approved promotional programs, displays and hospital initiatives that will effectively and compliantly promote assigned products.
Establishes, communicates and holds direct and matrix team accountability for contract terms, program budgets, schedules, operational activities and performance metrics to drive profitability and customer satisfaction.
Assists Route Sales Representatives in all facets of route operational activity, including ordering / distribution, merchandising, promotional activity, holiday planning, and meeting customer expectations.
Assist the Director, Asset Management on a daily basis with financial and capital management, fostering relationships both internal and external to the Company and support strategic initiatives to drive revenue and reduce expenses.
Develop an account plan for each account, incorporating a fully developed customer needs analysis, including long and short term goals and tactics, pricing strategy and negotiate customer agreements and contracts.
The Region Territory Manager will work in an account team structure and will partner with the Regional Reimbursement Managers, Inside Sales Reps, Medical Science Liaisons, and others within the team to position the product(s) for fast uptake in the ophthalmology market.
Responsible for managing a territory and maximizing revenue for the company. Tasked with creating, developing and executing sales strategies for assigned region as well as generating accurate and realistic sales forecasts.
