Provide technical support and expertise to the government program manager (PM) in all aspects of the program, including the analysis of performers technical deliverables and publications, independent review and summary of technical literature and emerging technologies, and continuous survey and summarization of relevant government, academic, and contracted research.
Inform IT teams and business personnel with technology solutions by weighing advantages of technology standards, market availability of products, risks and benefits of technology to meet business/IT needs.
Support development, coordination and review of information assurance policies, strategic plans, standards, implementation plans and/or methodologies for technical or cyber counterintelligence concerns.
Provides direct management support to units that include each of the military services. Contributes to technical studies, analyses and evaluations of technical mission needs; and makes recommendations to support decision-makers.
Ask relevant questions to Business & Architecture to clarify requirements and translate them into technical requirements; decompose requirements to the most granular level to help Development support shorter turnaround and frequent builds.
The main function of the Technical Operations Analyst will be to provide overall governance of tools, systems, and cross-functional processes used within the department. This position is responsible for ensuring that support staff have the appropriate access to internal business systems and confirming that those business systems are setup in a way to support our business needs.
