This key team member will be a part of Sephoras Supply Chain within Sephora, located in Perryman, MD. This position will be responsible for supporting data reporting, analysis, analyzing trends and recommendations within the Supply Chain network, this may also include supporting Human Resources, Engineering and Transportation in addition to Distribution Center Operations.
The individual will be expected to partner with key business users, lead complex analysis of business process requirements, propose solutions and to accurately record and translate the needs of the business into language and terminology easily understood by both the IS and business communities.
In this role, you will be responsible to focus on change management, develop process improvement initiatives and implement best practice adoption while supporting increased working capital turns and service level performance.
Determine overall support requirements for military systems. Obtain and research data required to perform related analysis. Direct and coordinate the development of materials for tracking and status reports.
The successful individual will profitably manage and sell a myriad of freight forwarding services,
including international transport, drayage, warehousing and distribution, Customs brokerage, insurance, and other value-added services.
In this role, you will develops raw material requirements and scheduling requirements from engineering specifications and production schedules and plans and manages material movement with purchasing, warehouse, and production.
The logistics engineer will maintain the working order of the lab equipment and peripherals, which may also include troubleshooting both hardware and software and making appropriate recommendations regarding repairs or upgrades.
