This position is for Supervisor-Operations in the Mid-Atlantic South OCO/CPC center in Silver Springs, Maryland, supervising team of 15-20 Direct reports. The center handles the provisioning (design, test and turn-up) for special access circuits.
Provide leadership to and development of the craft workforce. Coach and evaluate employee performance with timely recognition. Conduct performance reviews and identify opportunities for growth and learning for craft personnel.

Generates and retains profitable revenue by supervising a team of salespeople including outside sales representatives, territory managers and account managers. Supervises other types of salespeople as directed by senior sales management.
Act as lead supervisor in ensuring the day-to-day activities of quality operations are compliant with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and applicable federal and local regulations as well as HR policies. Advise management of ER issues or escalated quality issues.
Oversees workflow processes, provides direction and coordinates the activities of all pharmacists and support personnel to include appropriate scheduling of personnel to meet customer service demands, performance and quality objectives.
Ensure the overall supervision of all on-board crew members. This includes job instructions, training, evaluations, accident investigations and discipline when necessary; perform the functions of a Locomotive Engineer & Conductor as required.
