Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge and expertise regarding Inovalon Risk Adjustment products utilized by Inovalon clients so as to identify necessary system development and enhancements requested by client or market demand.
Create/Translate business requirements using knowledge of healthcare policy, regulations, and Healthcare IT systems and processes into technical specifications data models, event models, reporting output, technical architecture and related end-to-end data flow.
Participate in developing functional requirements, testing, training, documentation and implementation of applications. Conducts business process analyses and needs assessments in an effort to align information technology with business initiatives.
This posiiton shall serve as team leader for support of tasking involving management support, system concept formulation, test and evaluation, system design analysis, baseband interface design analysis, and subsystem design analysis, and communication information systems concept formulation, design, and analysis.
Act as a key coordinator between clients and multiple project teams to ensure Enterprise-wide integration of reengineering efforts and the application of best practices, including e-business practices.
In this role, the selected candidate will analyze issues and troubleshoot as needed and facilitate and lead multiple organization; works with Service Providers to modify and maintain existing applications to address changes in business processes.
Provides cost effective business systems and applications analysis in support of the development and implementation of business applications. Includes evaluation, analysis, documentation of requirements, translation into proper system requirement specifications and configuration.
In this role, the selected candidate will partner with multiple stakeholders to develop high quality deliverables across all phases of a project (from identifying and defining process flows and use cases to user acceptance testing).
