The Agile Project Manager (APM) is responsible for planning, leading, organizing, and motivating agile project teams to achieve a high level of performance and quality in delivering agile projects that provide exceptional business value to users.
The Social Security Administration (SSA) ITSSC program Cybersecurity will lead a team of Information Assurance (IA) analysts, technical writers, security assessors, and developers in support of the SSA Office of Information Security (OIS).
In this role, the selected candidate will manage medium to large IT sponsored or influenced projects; work with business/functional project owners to ensure scope is explicitly defined, documented and maintained.
In this role, you will work products and documents related to analyzing business practices and recommending improvements; develop communications and implement processes, tools, and methods to better communicate and track project and program investment.
In this role, the selected candidate will manage projects, develops and directs technical project teams through all phases and activities of the project life-cycle process associated with major information technology systems projects that are essential to departmental missions and affect operations on a long-term and continuing basis.
In this role, you will be responsible for
planning, executing and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines.This includes managing resources and coordinating efforts of all team members in order to deliver projects according to plan.
The Technical Program Manager will work alongside the Project Manager and must have strong technical PM skills and have their PMP certification as well as HDI Service Desk Manager (SDM) Certifications.
