In this role, you will develop cost models, risk analysis, cost methodologies and statistical techniques to evaluate contract and program status, support development of cost benefit analysis, analysis of alternatives, business cases analysis, and perform other economic analyses while ensuring compliance with DoD 5000.02, Army and DoD requirements.
In this role, the selected candidate will analyze issues and troubleshoot as needed and facilitate and lead multiple organization; works with Service Providers to modify and maintain existing applications to address changes in business processes.
Performs a variety of activities relating to cost studies, financial statement analysis and preparation, budgeting, and reimbursement issues. This position serves the community Physicians Enterprise and Lifebridge Health Partners.
Supports the FMS Swiss F/A-18 logistics requirements through the analysis, organization, planning and administration of various phases of day-to-day provisioning, spares, maintenance and/or repair activities. Must have F/A-18 AVIONICS experience.
Participate in developing functional requirements, testing, training, documentation and implementation of applications. Conducts business process analyses and needs assessments in an effort to align information technology with business initiatives.
Partner with and act as final point of contact with departmental faculty and/or budgetary staff and the Office of Research Administration toward the planning and development of application submissions to various federal offices, private agencies/foundations and commercial companies.
This position will support the Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) Chief and the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA)/DOD Program Management Office (PMO), with risk assessment, information gathering and compliance.
Assist government leads with conducting annual capability gap and requirements validation/re-validation assessments in response to emerging threats, changing external guidance, and realignment of mission priorities.
