As a Retail Sales Representative, you will serve as a consultative subject matter expert on our full line of products and services, educating our customers about the healthy advantages of a good night's sleep, and consistently meeting your quotas and performance goals by selling our large selection of quality our merchandise.
The primary objective of the sale representative is to reach and detail high volume dermatologists with OTC products to encourage recommendations.
The successful representative will demonstrate the ability to target and manage their territory strategically. They will also need to be a highly engaged, positive team player and show a high degree of customer focus.
In this role, you will prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project number of contacts to be made; follows up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
In this role, you will develop rapport and evaluate the business owner/decision maker's Human Capital Management needs, determining which products are appropriate and referring to internal partners as needed.
In this role, you will provide comprehensive financing and marketing solutions for the acquisition of technology, medical and other business equipment (i.e. manufacturing, medical, production equipment, etc.).
A portion of your leads will come from building external referral sources and a portion are developed from our internal team. There are dollars in the hustle and most leads are self-generated through a structured, proven activity plan.
The successful applicant will own a territory and work with prospects who have already expressed interest in the company solutions. He/She will be responsible for the entire sales cycle including prospecting, lead nurturing, configuring and demonstrating solutions, negotiating, and closing sales and will own a quota.
