The Regional Director, Service to Armed Forces (SAF), strengthens and grows programs and services to meet families of United States Armed Services needs in accordance with specified Red Cross policies and procedures.
As the Account Executive Retail Sales, you will be responsible for the overall success and growth of Life Insurance within your assigned region. Your focus will be on recruiting, contracting and coordinating the successful training and activation of new relationships. Additionally, you will be responsible for growing existing relationships by understanding and integrating the value of Lincoln products and services into their business model.
In this role, the selected candidate will address strategic growth initiatives, provide due diligence and lead successful operational conversions on acquisitions, Joint Ventures, and brand-new facilities.
In this role, you will collaborate with internal departments to develop tactics and tools to overcome field challenges; ensure the delivery and execution of business reviews and utilization reports for key large and core account customers.
