Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of Information Technology (IT) systems. Provides support to IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all of the client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, etc.
Develops, publishes, and implements audit implementation plans. Develop quality assurance standards, practices, and procedures. Defines and tracks quality assurance metrics. Possess a working knowledge of quality assurance methodologies. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals and perform a variety of tasks. May lead and direct the work of others. Works under general supervision; reports to Mission Assurance Manager.
Maintain properly indexed quality assurance records, including study-specific files, inspection/audit status reports, subcontractor, vendor, and internal facility inspection reports, audit logs, client inspection records, and other general QA records. Assure all QA records are up-to-date and accurate.
The Engineer will ensure that software systems and mobile applications are designed, developed, and implemented according to the highest security standards and practices, including but not limited to DISA Security Technical Implementation (STIG) or NSA Security Configuration Guides.
Responsible for quality assurance of all surgical pathology testing procedures in laboratories. Collects, summarizes and evaluates quality control data, investigating problems and recommending solutions.
Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases; troubleshoot into network traffic with tools such as Wireshark; work closely across teams throughout the agile development process.
