Assist in construction phase engineering tasks relating to the electrical instrumentation and controls system design; prepare and review shop drawing reviews, requests for information, O&M manual reviews and startup/testing.
Oversees community benefit sponsorships program, managing intake; leading committee meetings; managing correspondences, payments and data tracking, and ensuring the program meets our visibility and health promotion goals and outcomes.
Individuals must also have excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to summarize complex scientific issues for executive leadership as well as non-scientific audiences. Individuals must be proficient in standard Microsoft Office software (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel). Candidates must be US citizens with the ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overall administration, organization and implementation of small to large size complex commercial, institutional and government facility construction projects.

The Program Planner will coordinate with the PM/DPM on maintaining a centralized focus on stakeholders; will participate in planning and analyzing tasks, and redress the concerns of the government customer and other stakeholders, to include PMO staff; oversee, advise, and report on the collection of TTO data.
Ensuring customer technical requirements for satellite communication modems, terminal equipment and software are met; ensuring the equipment is producible and supportable; and developing and maintaining technical documentation.
Demonstrates a firm understanding of all nine areas of PMBOK project management and has expertise in two areas. Experienced in running project phases. Is able to oversee development of the complete project plan. Is able to establish, track, and audit project budgets, analyze variances and develop action plans as required.
