As Head of Project Management you will be responsible for leading the project management function for Respiratory teams within late phase development. You will integrate efforts with peers across therapeutic areas, systems & process owners and with analysis & reporting leaders to drive a high performing organization.
Plan, staff, budget, and direct major information technology projects or programs. Assume budget or financial accountability for managed projects and ensure of the adherence to schedules, budgets, and contractual commitments.
Responsible for leading the MITRE support to develop trusted advisor relationships with S&TCD sponsors from the Director down to individual research leads, to build the right MITRE team for each task (reaching back to MITRE technical centers and other MITRE divisions as appropriate).
Lead the project team and work with the representatives of the business units, data stewards, and business analysts to identify and understand their information needs, key performance indicators, and data analysis requirements; document data and functional requirements to ensure scope and boundaries are captured correctly.
In this role, the selected candidate will ensure understanding of project vision as defined by customer business and technical requirements; facilitate internal communication and assembling a solution delivery team for new engagements.
The successful candidate will lead the development and optimization of cutting-edge diagnostic technologies for use as an IVD. Candidate should have a background in developing Class II or Class III assays, with design control and product development process experience.
