The Senior Director, Program Management will support the successful execution of MacroGenics internal product development programs, oversee periodic portfolio reviews, and coordinate alliance management with our current and future pharma/biotech partners.
The candidate will work cross-functionally with leaders in clinical, research, development, finance, and business development. The incumbent will be instrumental with the building of the program management function to assure delivery of development, clinical and corporate programs, on time, in scope and within budget.

The Director Program Management is a member of the Corporate IT Finance function and is responsible for facilitating program execution across the IT Finance portfolio. This position is also responsible for facilitating program events such as Release Planning, Inspect & Adapt, and the Scrum of Scrums.
