The Program Manager is responsible for all aspects of Leidos' prime contractor performance which includes program planning, execution, mission customer relationships, on-contract growth, and financials.
This position will be primarily responsible for managing projects and customer relationship while working with analysts who are responsible for quality, cost, and clinical analytics which include tracking, analyzing, and reporting quality, cost, and clinical outcomes data related to Performance Improvement projects within Johns Hopkins Medicine.
This person will plan, lead, organize, and motivate agile project teams to achieve a high level of performance and quality while delivering agile projects that provide exceptional business value to the organization, it's customers, and end users.
Analyze new and complex project-related problems and create innovative solutions that normally involve the schedule, technology, methodology, tools, solution components, and financial management of the project.
Document tasks via a project plan; track progress; drive course corrections.Document and drive issues and roadblocks to closure; limit scope creep; and successfully meet the project objectives
Identify, mitigate, and eliminate project risks.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing project timelines, resources, quality and risk; including, milestone planning and reporting, project budget tracking, budget analysis, project staffing.
Define, plan and manage all project management related activities that are part of the Enterprise/Technology Portfolio including coordinating with business/product, software development, operations and quality assurance teams to plan and deliver the required functionality.
Demonstrates a firm understanding of all nine areas of PMBOK project management and has expertise in two areas. Experienced in running project phases. Is able to oversee development of the complete project plan. Is able to establish, track, and audit project budgets, analyze variances and develop action plans as required.
