Responsible for the execution of the design and development of air supply components/assemblies, including welded structural frames, sheet metal components, control valves, piping, fittings, and electrical harnesses.
Assist in construction phase engineering tasks relating to the electrical instrumentation and controls system design; prepare and review shop drawing reviews, requests for information, O&M manual reviews and startup/testing.
Ensuring customer technical requirements for satellite communication modems, terminal equipment and software are met; ensuring the equipment is producible and supportable; and developing and maintaining technical documentation.
Responsibilities include the design and documentation required for the specification, fabrication, assembly, wiring, inspection and installation of equipment related to tactical shelters and mobile communication systems. Domestic and international travel required.
Assist in developing and implementing property procedures, controls, and checklists. Conduct daily procedures/assessments using round sheets to provide support and information to the property manager on a daily basis on building equipment and systems including mechanical, electrical, HVAC and elevator.
Understanding of the plant role in operating the system in a safe, reliable, and economic manner; working knowledge of relevant codes, environmental and OSHA regulations, and safety rules relating to the operation and maintenance of the facility.
Management responsibilities include supervision of design and drafting staff, coordination with clients and associates, and organization of design and construction administration activities to meet established schedules and budgets.
