The Engineer will support the Integrated Mechanical Diagnostic System (IMDS) on the development and implementation of inflight alerts for affecting safety of flight for subsystem components. This work will involve the continual refinement of contractor developed and maintained IMDS algorithms tracking vibration signatures affecting aircraft components.
The individual will be offered the opportunity to develop project designs from the initial conceptual mechanical design through design and construction completion for large and small facilities type projects.
Management responsibilities include supervision of design and drafting staff, coordination with clients and associates, and organization of design and construction administration activities to meet established schedules and budgets.
