The Clinical Screener possesses the knowledge, skill and competency to screen referrals to case management as well as data on large populations of health plan enrollees so as to identify appropriate enrollees for Complex Case management.

In this role, you will engage existing or prospective clients in needs-based dialogue to better understand their goals; discover any unstated needs; and guide them toward scottrade products and services with the intention of ultimately building a lasting client relationship and meeting their financial needs.
