The HRSS Project Manager is responsible for supporting the functional SAP processes and procedures as related to HR/Payroll Shared Services by initiating updates to SAP and incorporating the changes into business processes. Additionally the HRSS Project Manager will represent HR Shared Services in large scale project initiatives related to new SAP functionality.
In this role, you will be working with the internal compensation partners to guide business development actions and provide appropriate strategic oversight during bidding process to ensure successful new business and re-compete business wins, and execution.

In this role, you will oversee tuition reimbursement program to include reviewing applications to ensure eligibility requirements are met, process reimbursement requests and send to payroll bi-weekly, track and monitor allowances for each candidate per year to not exceeddesignated allowed benefit amount.
