In this role, you will collaborate and consult with faculty, staff, and associates on the effective use of instructional design strategies, web-based resources, multimedia technologies, and instructional software and systems to improve teaching for online delivery.
The Instructional Designer will provide vision, leadership, and coordination in designing, developing, and delivering fully online courses and technology-enhanced instructional materials for graduate programs delivered by AAP.
In this role, you will be providing subject matter expertise regarding Adult learning theory, instructional design, training methodologies and education principles for constructing education materials and aids to include the utilization of IT, simulation techniques and web-based training to assist Air Force stakeholders with developing a robust sustainable training methodology for the Air Force Medical Logistics Command.
In this role, the selected candidate will coordinate the development of instructional materials that are functional, informative, and consistent with sound instructional design principles, including alignment of educational objectives with content, activities, and assessments.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for designing new or updating existing WBTs to incorporate new methods of e-learning, and developing Partner communications related to new course releases.
