The Human Resource Manager is responsible for strategic and operational oversight supporting the Business Development and Sales functions within Stanley Workplace Solutions strategic business unit including 80 leadership and field Commercial employees.
In this role, the selected candidate will develop training to assist properties with the creation of Action Plans, including best practice outreach efforts and recordkeeping; prepare and review all data for submission to OFCCP, including requests for follow up information.
