The human resources manager assists in the design, support and implementation of all human resources related functions including (but not limited to): recruitment, hiring, onboarding, employee housing, employee recognition, employee relations and personnel record management.
In this role, you will be managing the employee selection and placement process for exempt and non-exempt positions. This includes job postings, advertising, recruiting, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, referring qualified applicants to proper level of management for further interviews (if necessary), completing employee background checks, and preparing & making offers of employment to candidates.
In this role, the selected candidate will plan, direct and control all HR operational processes to include benefits administration, recruiting, HR administration and associate relations within the division, achieve high service delivery standards by monitoring the key performance indicators and implementing changes to organization, staff, training, processes and technologies.
The HRBP as a consultant, adds value to discussions with business leaders, making compelling business cases for HR initiatives geared to drive the business needs and offers insights and analysis to the business to aid in effective decision making.
In this role, the selected candidate will drive standardisation and improvement across and within business units in order to standardize, simplify and continuously improve HR service delivery and promote principles of driving work to the appropriate level (including self services) in the evolving HR organization.
In this role, the selected candidate will investigate questions and/or complaints; resolve employee relations issues, using each complaint/issue as opportunity to understand the root cause and develop a plan to resolve the root cause.
The HR Manager reflects the HR needs of the business and geography within their HR team as well as to the broader HR organization and will work collaboratively with HR Centre of Expertise to ensure timely delivery of business solutions within the framework of the global HR strategy.
