This key team member will be a part of Sephoras Supply Chain within Sephora, located in Perryman, MD. This position will be responsible for supporting data reporting, analysis, analyzing trends and recommendations within the Supply Chain network, this may also include supporting Human Resources, Engineering and Transportation in addition to Distribution Center Operations.
Ensure adequate funding availability by maintaining accurate records of expenditures, directing preparation of expenditure projections, and submitting timely requests for additional funding to the government.
Maintain accurate analysis, data controls, calculations, and system data input of customer rebate programs.Develop and maintain a strong relationship between Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Accounting.
Assists in the preparation of and coordination of financial documentation to include process and documentation development, budget development, spend plans, funds transfer, purchase orders, execution reports and other financial documentation and tracking.
Develop, extract, maintain and deliver critical recurring and ad hoc reporting to internal and external customers. Such reporting is inclusive of financial reporting for internal business leaders at several levels of leadership up to and including Vice President.
Provide financial and/or accounting support to the activity Accounting Department, Budget Department, Financial Systems Department or business Operations Department, or other organizational support elements and other activities.
