The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for guiding top talent through the recruiting pipeline to include the sourcing, screening, recruiting and interviewing of applicants for a variety of technical positions, including software engineers, system administrators, computer programmers, database administrators and acquisition professionals.
In this role, the selected candidate will manage the full lifecycle of recruiting across a variety of roles, functions, and geographies; act as the representative of eOriginal for talent both internally and externally.
In this role, you will be responsible for attracting and retaining top talent including active sourcing for passive candidates using internet ads, social media networks such as Linked-In, Twitter and Facebook.
In this role, the selected candidate will be negotiating with associate/partner candidates and corporate clients; working with and developing core relationship/valuable business partnership with hiring managers.
In this role, the selected candidate will provide full life cycle technical recruiting, including but not limited to interfacing with hiring managers to create and review requisitions, screen resumes, interview candidates, administer appropriate assessments, reference/background checking, make recommendations for hire and deliver employment offers.
This position will support the sourcing utilizing a variety of tools including direct, posting on individual job boards, networking, associations, passive candidates and creative sourcing techniques for constant candidate generation.
As a Corporate Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the recruiting process to support all of our offices throughout the country; utilize innovative recruiting methods to identify and attract talent.
Provide assistance to senior recruiters and hiring managers with hiring process and best practices (overall TA process overview, writing requisitions, preparing and conducting interviews and Taleo system support).
