Manage a wide variety of projects & tasks from multiple internal stakeholders, negotiate priorities under the broad guidance of the Associate Director of Marketing and Creative Services; communicate priorities and deadlines to internal stakeholders.
The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for supporting the business strategy through consultation, development, management and governance of electronic media environments including, but not limited to; web, eCommerce, and mobile for executing multiple digital campaigns for lead generation and improved customer experience.
Designs, manages and delivers the strategy and execution for digital marketing and engagement of customers and promotion of product lines - including content marketing, digital advertising, organic search, paid search, social media and prioritization of web content to support overall digital strategy.
Drive digital marketing technology road-map to continue to invest in technologies to make the customer experience better, to enhance information gathering and personalized marketing, and to streamline marketing processes to become more efficient.
Provides project coordination. Support includes communicating project status with internal clients; identifying opportunities to collaborate with internal resources/departments; and supports overall project flow between graphic designers, web developers, IT resources, clients and vendors.
