The Manager, Corporate Development will support the Corporation with acquisition, licensing and partnering opportunities as well as strategic projects. Will identify and develop acquisition and licensing opportunities.
The ideal candidate must be an effective communicator who can take a proactive, consultative approach in responding to the inbound inquiries of clients & prospects and generating qualified leads by making outbound contact (email and phone calls) to prospects.
As a Sales Account Manager, you will also be responsible for managing internal resources, including sales engineering support and technical support. We'll need you to be comfortable working with partner sales and services organizations as well as IT and business executives, with extensive experience developing and implementing sales plans.

The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing market analysis of market information and competitors activities.
Analyzing competitors products and cost structures for strategic advantages in increasing sales and market penetration.
Establishes, communicates and holds direct and matrix team accountability for contract terms, program budgets, schedules, operational activities and performance metrics to drive profitability and customer satisfaction.
Develop an account plan for each account, incorporating a fully developed customer needs analysis, including long and short term goals and tactics, pricing strategy and negotiate customer agreements and contracts.
Utilizing cross-functional teams creates a formal supplier development strategies for review and approval by next level management and key business stakeholders. Influence extends to peers, sites, functions, supplier functional and account leadership and key stakeholders to engage their support for strategy approval and implementation. Interaction is typically at the plant manager level or designees.
