Provides subject matter expertise in the communication and planning of the "Operations Story" among key stakeholders that ultimately results in the delivery of a successful finalist presentation for new or existing customers.
The Training Manager, Access Services, will be responsible for ensuring that program operational staff have functional knowledge of the case management system and processes, holistic understanding of the reimbursement landscape, and exhibit exceptional customer service and objection handling skills. Reports and analyzes all pertinent services to include reinsurance, benefit plan experience, and sample plan documents and makes recommendations to clients to ensure value and satisfaction. Identifies and troubleshoots issues associated with finance, systems and performance.
