The Solutions Advisor will provide first-level property management software support to all of the site users for Bozzuto Management Company. This role will provide technical support to software users, answer questions or resolve problems for clients via the helpdesk. Software programs include but are not limited to: Yardi Voyager, RENTCafe, PayScan, CheckScan, OneSite and YieldStar.
In this role, the selected candidate will develop reports as required to support operations, write knowledge content as required, and prepare presentations for senior management to support recommended changes, new initiatives or enhancements.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for providing first-level support and fielding of all application and hardware calls, ensuring the stability, integrity and efficient operations of the IT infrastructure and support a dispersed, home-based workforce.
