As a Corporate Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the recruiting process to support all of our offices throughout the country; utilize innovative recruiting methods to identify and attract talent.

In this role, you will work with the Embedded Control Team and Global Operations Control to ensure the control environment within the business unit is sound and the business unit is meeting client needs.
The Account Executive will develop and execute strategies and tactics in the following key areas: territory planning, prospecting, relationship development, managing sales cycles, pricing presentation and delivery, negotiations, and closing.
In this role, the selected candidate will manage the full recruiting cycle from research to candidate identification, in person interview, evaluation technical assessment, formal submittal, pre-closing, offer negotiation, closing, and reference checking.
