Work with the Finance team to develop revenue plans and advise on plan revisions; provide status, such as budgets and projected expenditure. Create and manage financial tracking and reporting tools and provide up-to-date financial information to project teams.
Responsible for preparing, examining, analyzing, tracking and revising contracts that involve the purchase of IT goods or services such as equipment, materials, software, hardware and managed and professional services.
Manages all aspects of the companys contractual agreement(s) with Service Providers on behalf of Marriott Information Technology and its business functions with primary responsibility for facilitating amendments to contracts.
The Contract Manager is responsible for planning and directing key business functions. The Contract Manager must continually review, structure, and analyze data to affect responsible use of capital resources, work force, and materials.
The candidate must have demonstrated capability of meeting contracts organizational goals. The candidate will represent the Contract Management in dealings with the internal and external customers while interfacing with all levels of Executive Management. This position will be a key contributor to the business strategies for the business unit.
