In this role, you will be responsible to
utilize software systems integration technology combined with expertise in various technical disciplines and outstanding client support to deliver comprehensive, practical solutions to the Department of Defense, the Intelligence Community, their Prime Contractors, and Commercial Customers.
As the Configuration Management Specialist you will be responsible for implementing change control activities and performing administration and maintenance of the configuration management solution across multiple projects.
In this role, you will provide support for the client's mission capabilities. Manage, maintain, and evolve or mature the configuration management environment for hardware, servers, and software product builds.
Searching for the position of Configuration Manager who has experience including configuration management experience serving in an environment with tasks of similar scope, complexity, and technical difficulty.
In this role, you will be responsible for identification, control; status accounting; verification of all requirements baseline; control, setting up and maintaining data library and documentation versions.
Familiarity with deployment documentation (vdds, sops, etc.) to include reviewing for completeness and accuracy. This review would include comparing documentation against cm tool output (that earmarks bugs, improvements, new features against specific release numbers).
In this role, the selected candidate must have years experience working with development teams and project managers to develop and maintain configuration baselines (development, test, production, etc.) supporting complex systems and project engineering development and support models.
