The Manager of Internal Communications is an enterprise-wide role developing strategic communications supporting clinical services departments and employee and physician communications for the Bon Secours Health System, Inc.
Works cross-functionally with internal disciplines and departments (including Brand, Marketing, Global Communications, Legal, Operations, Development, A&C, F&B, etc.) throughout the organization to enhance, develop and maintain PR programs and strategies.
Works collaboratively with investments and regional Global Communications Compliance Sr. Managers, providing leadership and expertise to ensure that the presentation materials developed for complex strategies meet local regulatory requirements as it relates to the specific strategy and intended audience.
In this role, the selected candidate will develop content highlighting company news and events; including blog posts; scripts/talking points for executive videos; images, video and other assets to support the story; producing executive video interviews or other video content as necessary.
In this role, the selected candidate will work with BU Marketers to align, enhance, and promote the brand within their marketing plans and activities; work with marketers to determine how brand and brand marketing can help them achieve their goals.
This position will facilitate the development and implementation of regional internal communication strategies and events in collaboration with regional leadership to ensure initiatives are in line with strategic priorities.
In this role, the selected candidate will develop, manage and successfully implement public relations plans that support business objectives and marketing strategies and overarching company priorities.
In this role, the selected candidate will coordinate and monitor proactive PR campaigns resulting in quality media placements in global target markets supporting the company Rewards as well as consumer facing technology innovations that enhance the travel experience.
The candidate will interface with senior leadership and knowledge experts in science, strategic marketing and external affairs and work in a collaborative environment within the global communications team to write compelling content to engage industry, external stakeholders, healthcare professionals and consumers.
