Responsible for the management and coordination of Release Management, Requirements Management, Testing Coordination and Management, and the development of custom NAVAIR Navy ERP reports to assist NAVAIR customers in the sustainment of the Navy ERP system.
Provides business systems analysis and support to a wide-variety of Campus Services systems. Participates on systems implementation teams from inception to implementation, applying quality assurance standards as appropriate.
Support the analysis needs of IT projects for ManTech clients through elicitation and documentation of business and system level requirements, impact assessments and ad-hoc analyses as needed to support project goals and under limited direction of an analysis lead and/or project manager.
Work with the user to select or create appropriate scenarios to test all results to determine whether system changes met project specifications; uses scenarios to assist the end user in acceptance testing.
Develop the CRM environment including workflows, dashboards, application architecture, customizations, plug-ins, and integrations; provide regular reporting and analysis from the CRM system and make recommendations and improvements.
The PeopleSoft HR Business Analyst is responsible for analysis, configuration, maintenance, testing, and support for computer based corporate application system upgrades, new releases, and optimization implementations for the hospital.
Develop relationships with clients and leverage knowledge and trusted advice, including interacting directly with senior-level clients. Develop competency in project and financial management and be involved in managing teams and formulating business strategy.
