This IT Business Analyst - R&D Systems & Processes will support product development (PD) process improvement projects related to R&D activities, systems, and formula security. This Analyst will define project scope & impact to PD, understand PD requirements, test, implement, train, optimize, and conduct post project maintenance.
In this position, you must have knowledge of how associations operate and strong problem solving skills will be required to implement creative work arounds to iMIS problems that satisfy needs of the client.
In this role, you will be actively participates in IT projects to ensure that business, function, and geography customers are included appropriately and ensures that they receive sufficient and timely communications.
In this role, the selected candidate must have an experience with MS Office products, including Visio and MS Project; technical experience strongly preferred (solid working knowledge of programming and constructs).
In this position, you will assist in analyzing and documenting client's business requirements and processes; communicates these requirements to technical personnel by constructing basic conceptual data and process models, including data dictionaries and volume estimates.
In this role, you will assist in the establishment of processes, templates, tools, and analysis required to develop and manage a standard business process flow for the Economic Census and related programs.
In this role, the selected candidate will prepare user stories, uses cases, acceptance criteria, screen mockups and requirements as needed. Lead the team to develop estimates including all aspects of end to end SDLC process.
In this role, the selected candidate will collaborate with stakeholders and product teams to decompose large epic stories into features and user stories that can be understood and approved by members of the development team.
