The Regional business Manager supervises all field based Neurosciences Territory Business Managers in assigned region with primary responsibility to meet Customer needs and achieve budgeted sales goals within assigned geography for injectable, buy & bill products.

The Regional Account Manager will represent the assigned Alexion brands and their approved indications; provide disease and product education to external customers such as physicians, nurses, etc. in order to help patients.
Direct and coordinate activities for sales and customer service in a defined geographic area including: creating and leading a cohesive team, guiding the team to meet sales and customer service targets, recruiting staff, identify staff coaching needs, reviewing staff performance and completing reporting information and administrative duties.
