As Technical Program Manager, you will own, define, and drive the Product Backlog, and the functional design and implementation for Cvent. You will be responsible for defining and prioritizing the features that best align and achieve the Product Strategy and meet Market Requirements.
Work closely with engineering teams while also developing and managing customer relationships across the company. Responsibilities include engaging customers to identify opportunities, define & design features and working closely with development teams throughout Amazon to get them in the hands of customers. The ideal candidate has proven experience managing complex programs for a large retail SaaS environment. In this role, you will work with all areas of the organization to deliver the strategy while simultaneously managing the day to day aspects of the program.
