In this role, you will manage the inflow of technical product requirements from various external and internal sources, against strategic objectives of the BU Interface with development and project management for component breakdown analysis.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and addressing client needs: developing and sustaining deep client relationships using networking, negotiation and persuasion skills to identify and sell potential new service opportunities; preparing and presenting comprehensive written and verbal materials; and defining resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing and collection.
In this role, the selected candidate will develop technical presentations, whitepapers, product guides, videos, and technical briefs that enable the demand generation team to drive the product into market and the sales teams to sell effectively sell the Carbon Black solution.
In this role, you will need to possess outstanding communication and collaboration skills. You will influence the strategy for voice & smart audio, work closely with external and internal partners (including making vendor selection decisions), and lead executive briefings.
In this role, you will responsible for supporting both internal and external stakeholders in the development of training workshops as well as supporting the creation of technical materials and documentation, while acting as a scientific liaison for clients.
In this role, you will gather requirements and define roadmaps in collaboration with the marketing and engineering teams; ensure quality of products, timeliness of projects and training / feedback of users.
