In this role, you will be responsible to develop and improve customer complaints handling system at business unit and site levels to facilitate rapid identification, resolution and feedback loops of all customer and field issues in order to meet customer and product quality objectives.

The primary function of the role is to design, develop and implement test infrastructure for validating features and interfaces and work in conjunction with Development, Production and Product Management to ensure the timely delivery of scalable quality services.
