The Senior Internal Audit Analyst will be responsible for leading business and/or integrated audits and compliance examinations in support of the firm. Key areas of focus include developing hypotheses around risk and controls, providing input to the development of the integrated audit plan, and successfully partnering with other high performing project team members. Sr. Financial Analyst, Global Technology Finance Our Global Technology Finance team is responsible for maximizing Staples return (business value) on technology investment. As such, we must be trusted financial advisors and advocates for our Global Technology partners.
The chosen candidate will perform financial and business related research and analysis such as the preparation of forecasts and/or analysis of financial reports, records and trends develops and maintains spreadsheets and databases to facilitate analysis and reporting and is responsible for conducting and documenting financial analysis projects.
Develop and maintain a working manpower planning tool to ensure accurate tracking and planning of budgeted headcount; execute ad-hoc financial/quantitative analysis and various reporting requests in support of the business.
May participate in process reviews, business process analyses and internal control testing; ensuring compliance with generally accepted accounting principles (gaap), sarbanes-oxley act (sox), and other regulatory requirements within the assigned function(s).
The Analyst will query, analyze, synthesize, and present spending and utilization data to inform strategic planning and policy decision-making. The Analyst will participate as a subject matter expert for assigned programs in meetings with MassHealth leadership, program staff, and stakeholders for policy development. The Analyst will be accountable for providing high quality and timely work product in a fast-paced work environment.
Provide financial support to manufacturing plant leadership including preparation of the annual operating plan and midyear forecast process. Assist in the development of multi-year financial models as needed.
Provide essential contributions to the efficacy of operations through identification, analysis and maintenance of data; supporting management in the development and implementation of process improvements and initiatives.
