In this role, you will provide system administration for the Electronic Learning Management System for Technical Operations. SME/contact for systems administrating globally and will interact with regulatory inspectors, and customers.
In this role, the selected candidate must have an experience interacting with different levels of management, researching new technology solutions, negotiating with vendors, and participating in enhancing the companys disaster recovery plan.
In this role, the selected candidate will maintain ServiceNow solutions (e.g. business rules, screen tailoring, workflow administration, reporting, data imports, service catalog development, LDAP integration, custom scripting, and third party software integrations).
