In this role, you will configure and maintain network equipment such as routers, switches, load balancers, firewalls (including client and PTP VPN), implement and test Internet Commerce sites, provisions VPNs, develops intrusion detection and firewall management architectures.
In this role, you will be working with a team of network engineers in executing projects and services in keeping with the best practices for security, internal and external users and contracted services providers.
The Senior Network Engineer will be responsible for various technical aspects of network communications including WAN routing, LAN connectivity, network security, QoS, and VoIP. The ideal candidate will not only possess the strong technical requirements outlined below but will also be energetic, flexible and committed to excellence.
In this role, the selected candidate will trouble shoot, resolve and assist in complex network related issues (LAN, WAN and MAN), perform root cause analysis post mortem when hardware or circuit failures occur.
