The Sr. Business Analyst (BA) will assist the Director of Accounting Systems directly supporting and improving Suffolks ERP systems and reporting platforms. The BA will work closely with users and will be responsible for resolving Tier II help desk tickets as well as implementing new capabilities.
Responsible for supporting the end to end implementation of projects and solutions from analyzing and documenting business requirements, preparing solution proposals, translating requirements into functional specifications, supporting build deliverables, planning and performing test activities, providing end-user training and creating end-user documentation, through to deployment, stabilization and steady state support.
Will be expected to understand how decisions made by senior officers affect the Institutes financial position in a comprehensive way; exercise effective judgment when dealing with sensitive matters with constituents; reconcile submission of budget-related data to SAP, the Institutes financial system, and to MITs financial data warehouse.
