In this role, you will work directly with Institutional Sales and Marketing management to understand and establish key business priorities, identify strategic initiatives, and deliver on analytical solutions, reporting, system enhancements and process improvements that drive growth, efficiency and effectiveness within the organization.
In this role, you will serve as single customer point of contact with direct project management responsibilities of all leasing activities, from customer application creation through installation closeout, which includes tracking and completing project-related activities and providing forecasts as to when milestones will be achieved.
The position will also support the processing, quality assurance, publication of Sales Reports, dashboards and ad-hoc reports. This role monitors the accuracy and efficient distribution of sales reports from SFE Leads and other intelligence essential to the sales organization.
In this role, you will be responsible for creating synergies and consistency of reporting among different businesses and sales channels and work with internal customers made up of a cross-functional teams.
The Sales Operations Manager will report directly to the Director of Americas Sales Operations, and will lead a team of Sales Specialists in support of explosive sales growth and a quickly expanding sales force.
