The CRE focuses on safety and is responsible for construction quality and compliance with design drawings and specifications. The CRE monitors construction progress, notifies the Construction Engineers/Superintendents (CE/S) when internal Quality Control (QC) inspections and independent testing by the on-site laboratory are required, and issues deficiency notices and compiles punch lists.
Serve as key contact for designated disease area(s), platform( s ) and / or support organizations, responsible for attending management walkthroughs, conducting post incident investigations, and communicating preventive / corrective actions.
The Site Safety Manager is responsible for partnering with the site operations team to execute company safety policies and procedures, help ensure compliance to all applicable local and regional regulations.
This position requires strong management and leadership skills to adequately fulfill these diverse requirements. The candidate must have previous supervisory experience and must have a demonstrated working knowledge of Range systems, Range Operations and test operations.
Oversee the process for scheduling, planning, managing, and authoring aggregate safety reports for all Biogen investigational and marketed products; including PSURs, DSURs, Pharmacovigilance Plans, Risk Evaluation and Mitigation Strategy Plans (REMS), and EU Risk Management Plans.
