In this role, you will develop and optimize reports using Crystal Reports, Microsoft Reporting Services and stored procedures. The selected candidate will produce and maintain technical documentation on designs, structures, code and interfaces related to data management.
The Database Developer will participate in datacenter migration projects and partner with network and hardware vendors to ensure continued health of database in all regions (primary, recovery) and for future deployments.
In this role, the selected candidate will work with Infrastructure, Architecture, and Engineering to identify and correct performance and scalability problems in the production databases; consult with Linux & Networking teams on hardware purchasing strategies to help them grow the database architecture.
In this role, the candidate will provide support/maintenance of ETL tool Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) and Netezza application DBA, including Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) repository creation, configuration, monitoring, rollout, deployment.
In this role, the selected candidate will review description of changes to database design to understand how changes affect the physical database (how data is stored in terms of physical characteristics such as location, amount of space, and access method).
