In this role, the candidate will achieve Regional Sales operational objectives by contributing sales information and recommendations for improvement; preparing and completing action plans; implementing productivity and sales planning techniques to improve broker performance.
In this role, the selected candidate will identify, prospect, and engage new customers; manage current customer relationships and proactively sell new systems or upgrades to current systems, prepare product comparisons and meet with customers to identify ideal solutions to their needs.
In this role, you will develop territory sales strategy that attains sales targets set by corporate objectives. Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction within area of responsibility. Complete territory responsibilities to cover a broad range of customers (warehouse distributors, original equipment manufacturers, dealers and fleets).
In this role, you will perform all management tasks including comprehensive analysis of geographic potential, business review of individual team member's territory as well as entire district, expense reports, and other projects and reports as assigned.
In this role, the selected candidate will work closely with Contract Sales Force Account Manager Representatives, both full and part-time, on all related issues; represent the Company at Professional Industry and Symposia Meetings.
