The SPM is responsible for working directly with the client to ensure a thorough understanding of its investment objectives and the development of acceptable property-specific strategic plans of an operating and capital budget.
The Assistant Property Manager has a responsibility to assist with all aspects of client and tenant satisfaction. Including, but not limited to, budget preparation and execution, building operations, facility maintenance and repair, tenant relations, and project management. Specific priorities or focus may be directed by the Property/General Manager depending upon the specific needs of the asset.
The Property Tax Compliance Manager is responsible for the companys multi-state property tax compliance functions, including the timely preparation review and filing property tax returns according to the deadlines and rules / procedures set out in each jurisdiction in which the company has a property tax liability.
