In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining an effective availability program over time, inclusive of recovery/failover plan updates, testing, scheduling, policy improvements, and expanded application requirements.
The mis project manager is responsible to direct and manage project development from beginning to end, including defining project scope, goals and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders, developing full-scale project plans and associated communication documents, and communicating project expectations to direct manger, team members, and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
The PM is responsible for all aspects of the clinical trials with which s/he is involved; this includes screening, enrolling, and following subjects through the trials, managing the administrative aspects of these trials, training appropriate staff, and monitoring the studies/ progress to assure data quality and adherence to ARC and study-specific protocols as well as timelines.
In this role, the selected candidate will prepare project schedule of values, progress billings and assists in pursuing timely payments from the customer. Reviews and approves subcontractor invoices for payment.
In this role, the selected candidate will work in conjunction with the Director and the Department Grants Management Specialist in the preparation and management of the budget; review spending and cost trends to make recommendations on budget allocations and efficiency opportunities to the Director.
In this role, the selected candidate will provide status reporting to internal and external stakeholders on a regular basis; recommend options or solutions that meet a clients needs and desired functionality.
In this role, the candidate will develop strong relationships with client by researching and understanding their business needs, responding to client concerns and problems and acting as the liaison between the client and internal departments.
